Dr. Jan Adams, the plastic surgeon who said he performed a tummy tuck and breast reduction surgery on the mother of Kanye West sometime before her death, has released a statement in the wake of a tumultuous Tuesday that saw his history of DUI arrests and multiple malpractice lawsuits against him come to light.
